Design Fiction Posters

Layout, Motion Graphics
“Design as a practice never exists in the here and now. Whether a week, month, year or decade away, designers produce propositions for a world that is yet to exist.”

These posters were created as a reaction to “Design Fiction as Pedagogic Practice” by Matthew Ward. I reflected on three quotes from the article.

I used the interactive background options of a website builder to create animated abstractions that challenge the distinction between organic and digital.

Work completed at Maryland Institute College of Art.
