Chief is a private network focused on connecting and supporting women leaders. Matt Hennessey and I collaborated to develop a conceptual brand that would appeal to female CEOs and Vice Presidents from a wide variety of industries. We created a concept based around keys, representing both the company’s private nature and the network’s ability to help open up new opportunities for its members. We sought to create a visual identity that felt exclusive while remaining approachable.

Work completed at Maryland Institute College of Art.

Each member is issued a key pin—a subtle signifier to help members identify each other at professional events.

Members enjoy access to Chief clubhouses in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
